There's not a single exclusive I can think of apart from Fable Anniversary - and that's just a HD update. Now that the XB one is coming out Microsoft are dropping the 360 faster than a ton of bricks. Sony has great successes with their consoles in their later years (the much quoted 10 year life span) because they keep producing exclusives. They released The Last of Us on PS3 when they could have saved it for the PS4, and that's a great way to support a console.
I've hidden some games that have 0% completion yet when I go to PSNProfiles.com they are still showing and affecting my completion ratio. Any ideas why?
The big difference for the UK is the PlayStation won't be launching 15 months after the Xbox, as happened with the 360 and PS3 which allowed Microsoft to get a massive head start.
The XB One is significantly more expensive than the PS4.
The PS4 is said to be more powerful (to what degree you'd have to ask a programmer)
Developers have said the PS4 is easier to program so it is currently the lead platform with multi-format titles.
@Heisenburger
In the USA ACIV launches on PS4 on the 15th November, on Xbox one 22nd November.

- What did you think they would play in their break? Ryse?!!! ;)
I hope 'same frame rate and resolution' is achieved by upgrading the XB One version and not downgrading the PS4 version.
4J Studios are talking in that slimey PR talk where they don't directly answer a question because they have something to hide.
They say 'the underlying game code is the same across all versions' which is logical. But he doesn't confirm or deny that the PS4 version will be the equivalent of the new better featured XBOne edition. Which leaves us to infer that the PS4 version is indeed gimped.
A developer should make a game for any format they s...
Good share!
What's that game where you play a hunter who goes after a load of monsters?
Where is the XB One footage?
Cool. Except for the ugly 'not for resale' stripe spoiling the disc case artwork. It doesn't prevent resale and it means people who paid for the expensive collectors' edition get a worst deal for that part. I wonder what the AC IV set will be like?!
Of course it's available before Christmas - everyone's buying PS4s! ;)
Last week Geoff Keighley asked Peter Molyneux about his exit contract with Microsoft, suggesting that Molyneux is still on the payroll and can only be positive when speaking about his former employer, he avoided answering. Molyneux then spent the whole show talking about how the Xbox One is the only next gen console that he is excited about!
Looks good.
If I was trying to flog a console that is up to 50% less powerful than the competition I wouldn't want to compare it either. ;)
The title of this article features minor spoilers.
I would prefer it if N4G visitors had a choice in the matter to not find out more.
Thanks.
Never heard of ShopTo? They are the biggest online only specialist in the UK. They picked up the pieces when GAME went bankrupt last year. A lot of people use them because they can be relied on to deliver a new game on launch day or earlier without charging more - unlike Amazon.co.uk.
In the video interview for the announcement date Yusuf Mehdi, Xbox’s Corporate Vice President of Marketing explained “We finally went into full production on the creation of the Xbox One… We wanted to get a few things ready before we do that one of them was to hit our full production.” Which suggests Microsoft wanted to be sure of the units they could produce before announcing a date.

First they copy Sony's used game policy, then they copy Sony's Jack Tretton.
What people forget is that Microsoft pays retailers big money to be the sole mentioned item in retailers' Christmas catalogues.
Toys R Us. The Amazon.com promotion where Xbox One was advertised on the front of the website. John Lewis and many more.
